Running Edge 305 welcomes runners of all levels to join our fun and energetic community. Every Thursday, we gather for an enjoyable group run, fostering camaraderie and fitness. Experience one of the best run clubs in South Florida!

- 1 mile warm up

• Speed drills/dynamic stretches
• 3 mile fartlek (last man sprints)
  - 1 mile cool down

Dawn Patrol welcomes runners of all levels! Our club is all about embracing the morning sun with energizing runs that cater to everyone's pace and goals.

Join us for a run and start your day with positivity, camaraderie, and a healthy dose of endorphins!

The Long Run is generally anything from 5 to 25 miles and sometimes beyond. Typically, if you are training for a marathon your long run may be up to 20 miles. If you are training for a half marathon it may be 10 miles, and 5 miles for a 10K.
